This Site is operated by GBB LLC (Delaware). The domains are owned by Florence Beauty LLC, but all operational, technical and content management activities are carried out by GBB LLC. In these Terms, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to GBB LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Site provides brand and product information only. It does not sell products, process payments, create user accounts or manage orders, returns or customer service.

2. No Direct Sales
This Site is not an e commerce platform.
Any “Buy” button or product link redirects to authorized third party retailers such as Amazon, Ulta, Douglas, Shopper Drug Mart or others.
All purchases are governed solely by the retailer’s own terms and policies.
We do not manage orders, shipping, availability, returns, refunds, guarantees or any post purchase support related to third party retailers.

3. Third Party Websites
Links to retailers and external websites are provided for convenience only.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security measures, policies or tracking activities of third party sites.
Any interaction with a retailer is strictly between you and the retailer.

4. Accessibility, Indexing and Automated Tools
Search engine crawlers and accessibility tools that comply with our robots.txt file are permitted.
Scraping, competitive data extraction and non authorized automated access are prohibited.

All trademarks, names, images, text, graphics and other content on the Site are owned by Florence Beauty LLC, GBB LLC or used under license.
You may view content for personal, non commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted.

The Site does not provide upload features or comment functions.
If you voluntarily send us content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty free license to use it for business purposes.
Do not submit confidential materials or ideas with expectations of compensation.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed USD 10.

The Site does not process sales, transactions, payments or user accounts.
Any personal data collected through browsing or contact forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share, transfer or expose ERP systems, CRM platforms, marketing databases, historical sales data, proprietary cross brand systems or information related to other companies within the group.

11. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law and only for users located in the United States, any dispute must be brought on an individual basis.
Class, collective or representative actions are not permitted.
If this clause is unenforceable in a specific jurisdiction, it will be treated as severable without affecting the remaining Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue
For users located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable law.
For users in jurisdictions where such clauses cannot apply, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence prevail.

13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
